Open Roles & Responsibilities
1. Registered Nurses (RN)
- Overview: Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care, monitor patient progress, and maintain exact clinical compliance standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform clinical assessments according to protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to execute personalized care plans.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Registration/License.
- Proven experience in a clinical or home care setting.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
2. Environmental Staff (Facilities & Sanitation)
- Overview: Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic environments across all patient care and administrative spaces.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute standard cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention procedures.
- Manage linen inventory, waste disposal, and facility sanitation controls.
- Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare, hotel, or commercial sanitation preferred.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
3. Hospitality Crew
- Overview: Ensure a welcoming, warm, and comfortable experience for all clients, residents, and visitors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient non-clinical comfort needs, dietary/meal distribution, and guest reception.
- Deliver high-standard customer service with prompt, friendly communication.
- Support daily facility operations to maintain an inviting atmosphere.
- Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or patient support services.
- Positive attitude, neat appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
